 I put in the wrong address on my order. Can I change this?

We ship to the address that is provided at the time of order. Gatekeeper cannot guarantee an address change after this point. If you notice that you put the incorrect address, email us at [email protected] (within 24 hours with the updated address. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped to the new address. 


When will I receive the item I ordered?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once we have processed your order, we will ship the order to you. Please note that shipping is done via USPS and can take up to 6 business days of shipping time for US orders depending on location. International order shipping time can vary greatly depending on location. 


I placed an order. Can I change the size or design? Can I add another item to my order?

If you ordered the incorrect size or item, you will need to go through the return process or place a new order. 


How do I return my item(s) I ordered?

Please email us at [email protected] for step by step instructions on how to complete a return. Unworn items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of order shipment. Return shipping will only be provided if the return is caused by an incorrect fulfillment of the order. Gatekeeper reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements. 


When will out of stock items be replenished? Do you have a mailing list?

Will you ever replenish limited print designs?

Our limited print items are a one time only item and will not be reprinted for the foreseeable future.
